We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Below is the cancellation policy applicable to every booking:
1. Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Schedule
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure time will receive a 100% full refund of the total payment made.
2. Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Before Schedule
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total payment. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
3. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Schedule
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure time will incur an 80% cancellation fee of the total payment. A 20% refund will be provided.

- • Cancellation time is calculated based on the timestamp when we receive your cancellation confirmation.
- • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during booking.
- • Additional transaction or gateway fees from banks (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
