We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Below is the cancellation policy applicable to every booking:

1. Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Schedule

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure time will receive a 100% full refund of the total payment made.

2. Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Before Schedule

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total payment. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

3. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Schedule

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure time will incur an 80% cancellation fee of the total payment. A 20% refund will be provided.

  • • Cancellation time is calculated based on the timestamp when we receive your cancellation confirmation.
  • • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during booking.
  • • Additional transaction or gateway fees from banks (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
  • • For emergency situations or special circumstances, please contact our support team for further assistance.

1. Payment Policy

All payments must be completed in full or deposit (50%) prior to the commencement of any tour or activity.
Payments are accepted in US Dollar (USD) or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only.

2. Tour Schedule

Tours will begin as per the confirmed schedule.
Please ensure punctuality to avoid any inconvenience.

3. Changes & Adjustments

Tour times and destinations may be subject to change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any adjustments will be communicated promptly to ensure guest comfort and safety.

4. Activity Participation

Rates for Bali activities are based on a minimum of 2 participants.
